If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We do not issue refunds for carrier‑related damage.
In the rare case that a return is approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
