We typically make every best effort to ship out your orders within 2-5 business days. Due to the current global event and the ongoing movement with USPS, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. Holidays and weekends may also delay shipping times. We are not responsible for issues with damages or misplacements due to the shipping carrier (USPS), wrong address entry, or theft after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping costs associated with any exchanges due to sizing - please message us for special circumstances. Thank you!
